Data Science and Process Optimization Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze clients' data and workflows to identify opportunities for process optimization and automation using AI-driven solutions • Develop machine learning models, algorithms, and analytics tools to optimize client processes and enhance decision-making capabilities • Collaborate with AI Solutions Architects and software engineers to integrate data-driven solutions into clients' existing systems and tools • Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed AI solutions, making recommendations for improvements and refinements • Conduct research on best practices in data science, process optimization, and AI-driven automation to inform solution development and implementation • Provide training and support to clients on using data analytics tools and interpreting insights from AI-driven solutions • Participate in the company's marketing and sales efforts, showcasing the value and impact of data-driven process optimization and automation

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data mining, or statistical modeling • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or other relevant languages • Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn • Expertise in data visualization and analysis tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or SQL • Knowledge of optimization techniques, including linear programming, genetic algorithms, and heuristic search methods • Experience with process modeling and analysis tools, such as BPMN, Petri nets, or process mining • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities
