Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. • Manage client projects, coordinating with other team members to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work. • Implement and manage operational processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for improvement. • Manage relationships with suppliers and other external partners. • Assist in hiring and training of new staff members. • Prepare operational reports and present them to the senior management. • Collaborate with the CEO on strategic planning and decision-making.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the tech industry. • Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts is a plus. • Experience with project management tools like Jira or Asana. • Strong organizational and planning skills. • Excellent communication and leadership abilities. • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
