When you create a chatbot (or later on the chatbot page), you can start from an industry starter instead of a blank bot. The starter adds a few ready intents and turns lead capture on. It does not invent your hours, prices, or a live calendar.
Available on: Smart and Professional.
| Starter | What it is for | |---------|----------------| | Blank | Empty bot. Add your own knowledge and intents. | | Home services | Hours, service area, and a phone-required callback request. | | Professional | Office hours and a request-a-person form. | | Real estate | Listing questions and a viewing callback. | | Restaurant | Hours, menu questions, and a reservation request (not a live table book). | | Clinic | Hours and insurance. Takes a callback. Will not give medical advice. | | Retail | Hours, stock questions, and a callback. |
You can apply a different starter later. Existing intents from a starter are not duplicated. Webhook URL and notify emails you already set are kept.
1. On the dashboard, click Create New Chatbot. 2. Choose a starter from the kit grid (or leave it blank). 3. After create, crawl your website and build the vector store. 4. Edit the placeholder intents (hours, area) so they match your business.
On an existing project: open the chatbot page, find Industry starter, pick a kit, and apply it.
