By accessing and using AIInSync (the "Service"), which is a subsidiary of Tepun Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

AIInSync provides RAG-powered AI Chatbot solutions, including document indexing, vector store management, and conversational interfaces. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• Student Accounts: Must provide a valid school email address.
• Personal/Smart Accounts: Subject to subscription fees after trial periods.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or networks. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Uploading malicious code or viruses.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts.
• Using the AI to generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Scraping content from the Service without authorization.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and technology provided by AIInSync are the property of TEPUN Group LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data or documents you upload to the Service, but you grant us a license to process that data to provide the Service.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing upon notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TEPUN Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
