Refund Policy

1. Subscription Fees

All subscription fees for AIInSync are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate allocation of AI resources (tokens), all payments are generally non-refundable.

2. Trial Periods

We offer trial periods for our Personal and Smart plans to allow you to evaluate our Service. You will not be charged the full subscription fee until the trial period ends. You may cancel your subscription at any time during the trial period to avoid being charged.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be made, and no partial refunds will be issued for the remaining time in your billing cycle.

4. Exceptions

We may issue refunds at our sole discretion in exceptional cases, such as:

• Technical errors where you were charged multiple times for the same service.
• System-wide outages that prevented you from accessing the Service for a significant period.
