Auto-sync re-crawls the websites you already added. Changed pages update, removed pages drop out, and new pages can be added up to your crawl ceiling. You get a short email after each run.

Desktop can crawl a site once on your PC. Scheduled re-crawl and the email live in the cloud app.
1. Open the project → Knowledge / Auto-sync. 2. Turn the schedule on. Pick how often (for example daily or weekly). 3. Keep at least one website crawl in the knowledge base.
The scheduler checks due jobs about every 15 minutes. A run uses the crawl worker, then updates vectors for pages that changed.
The run list shows pages checked, changed, added, and removed. Open the email link to see the same summary. If a run fails, the next due window tries again.
You can still upload files and rebuild the vector store by hand. Auto-sync does not replace a full rebuild when you change embedding settings.
